What is Session Reload??
Session Reload is a subscription-based pricing plan designed for one-on-one personal training. The number of sessions you receive each month depends on how many times per week you'd like to train. Your full set of session credits are delivered 1st of every month so you can schedule them however works best for you. Designed for Consistency and accountability.

How Session Reload Works?
Once you're subscribed, you’ll receive your designated number of training sessions on the 1st of the month, every month until per client unsubscribes. This structure encourages consistency and gives you the flexibility to schedule your sessions across the month as needed and pushes accountability! You will have until the end of the month to use up your sessions. ​​

What's the Cancellation Policy on Missed Sessions/No Shows?
There are NO Cancellation Policies!!! Your sessions DO NOT get FORFEITED! Just to be sure to schedule or make up any sessions you missed within that month!
Can I roll over my Sessions?
Sessions do Not get rolled over. The Session Reload model is built on the idea of consistency, accountability, and progress. We will not be able to create these healthy habits if we don't carry the Big 3! Consistency, Accountability, and Progress.
Are there Flexible Adjustments?
Yes—absolutely! If you have a vacation or any planned time away in the upcoming month (not the current one), I’m happy to adjust your sessions and billing accordingly. Just let me know at least 48 to 72 hours before your next billing cycle begins on the 1st, and I’ll make sure your plan reflects your schedule.

How do I subscribe?
Once you’ve selected the subscription plan that fits your training goals, I’ll send you a personalized sign-up link. Your payment will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month.
If you start your plan mid-month, no worries—your first payment will be prorated based on your start date, so you’re only paying for the sessions you’ll use
